The first Kaiju - Trespasser
This is a figure by NECA of the first Kaiju seen in the movie, Trespasser. Package recommends for ages 14 and up.The sculpting and details look really nice. Lots of texture all over the skin and body, and the paint job is done well. The figure is mostly grey with the chest area being a tan color, as well as the base of the back fin. There is a slight brown wash over the body which brings out the details in the skin. The claws and horns on the back fin are painted black. Even the eyes and mouth are painted. There are yellow lines throughout the arms, legs, and torso. It's a very nice and impressive looking figure. It's quite big and hefty, with the back shell/fin adding to the size. The figure measures about 8" tall, and wingspan about 14".Articulation:- Ball-jointed head, wrists (on both sets of arms), torso, hips, and ankles- Ball-hinged shoulders (on both sets of arms), elbows, and knees- Hinged jaw- Bendable tailLots of articulation points on him, though the elbows don't have very much range of motion. He can be hard to stand, but you just have to balance him right.Overall, it's a great figure with nice details and sculpt. Articulation is good though hindered at the elbows. It's an impressive, large figure and looks great on the shelf with my other Pacific Rim and Godzilla figures from NECA. Recommended if you're a fan of the movie and giant monsters in general.

excellent collectible
My son loves it. He collects these things. Just remember, this is a collectible and not to be played with. If you do play with this one of the arms will definitely come off.

Incredible quality for the price!
I bought 3 NECA action figures for my 7 year old son. The Trespasser Kaiju, Striker Eureka and 2014 Godzilla. They are all excellent. Very well made, well painted and have numerous articulations. The Trespasser Kaiju though is incredible in its detail and execution. The painting, the skin, the head, about as good as anything I have seen. My son has quite a few dinosaurs from Papo, Safari, Schleich etc. with Papo generally being the highest quality. The Trespasser Kaiju is of that same level of quality BUT it is fully articulated and a relative bargain at $26. The NECA 2014 Godzilla was $6 more and while it is a very nice figure, it is not even close to the Trespasser. My son was obsessed with Godzilla but got over it when he saw the Trespasser.

It looks pretty amazing but you can tell the build is a little more true to knifehead. His head is freakish and scary which I love and he has enough differences in color and a few other parts that I still got him. Articulation is limited but its sch a strange creature he is fun to move and pose.

Very cool figure
This figure is so big and tough I thought it was okey but when I saw it it was big and cool. He has some big arms his little arms are well detailed . I'll give this trespasser a 100% awesome. I really recommend this figure a lot. His mouth can open and close. His shell from his back is so cool looking. But I do recommend this figure! His really well articulated. When you open his mouth you can see fire paint inside. He has 4 eyes. You can see his muscles really cool.after all it is a very great figure. If you have the opportunity to buy don't think about it just get it. And hurry because each time it's harder to get them, and you'll have to spend more money.

"The first Kaiju [that] made land", can now be in YOUR collection!
This is an amazingly sculpted, incredibly movie-accurate figure! For those people who absolutely LOVED the movie Pacific Rim, or Kaiju fans in general, this figure is a must have!!Most notable thing it offers: incredible detail, amazing articulation, and it's size: HUGE (almost 8" tall)!! It will tower over all your other Godzilla, or Jaeger figures! It is to scale with the other Pacific Rim figures release several months ago in Series 1 and 2. One of the most notable things is his gigantic back shell/fin, you can tell NECA toys made no attempt to cut corners!Be sure to check out NECA's other Pacific Rim Kaiju and Jaeger figures! They have all been amazing! (and the company says more are on the way!!)

Awesome figure with a pretty good range of motion. If you are like me and a Kaiju nut grab him now!
Im a huge fan of the movie and Kaiju in general. I really love what Neca did with this guy. The package alone is enough to get you excited about opening him up. It is a huge plastic coffin for a big bad monster. If I have any gripes is the articulated jaw is loose on my left side so be careful when you are playing with him. If I have any other gripes is I wish his fingers where the same rubber as his tail and maybe be able to bend his arms a little further at the elbow. Other than that compared to the Leatherback which I love his articulation is killer. Great fig scoop him up while you can.

It's a good figure but it has some serious flaws.
A must for Pacific Rim fans!NECA has been giving us a lot (A LOT) of Pacific Rim figures and this one is a must if you're a fan of the movie.Pros: Excellent paint.Great SculptCons: The BIGGEST issue with this figure is articulation. On paper you would expect it to be fairly articulated but the sculpt doesn't allow for the articulation to work properly. The main problem is the elbow joint. you can barely pose the figure because the arms are always almost straight. The arm can barely move from the elbow.Important: Not suitable for small children. The claws on this thing are really sharp.Overall its an awesome figure from one of the coolest Kaiju from the movie. If you are collecting the line this one is a must. But if you only want one Kaiju or two this one has to be it.
