Flimsy and Low volume
Don't buy this!! It's flimsy. The LCD screen doesn't work. There is no volume control really; and, it only shows military time. I mean I support troops but I use regular time myself.

Bought this as a gift for someone to later find out it doesn't even ring and cant receive calls we hooked up our old phone and it works fine this one wasted my time now i have to find another gift that actually makes calls thanks for wasting my time and i hope Your company goes bankruptThank You

I ordered this for my 92 year old mother so that she could see the numbers. It doesn’t work at all.

Ringer & volume is too loud
The ringer & the handset volume is too loud even on what is supposed to be the "normal" setting. I wish I could give this a half star.
