Love that it can be connected to zoom as well as cellphone and or laptop.

I like this speaker. It makes everyone who talks sound much clearer so you can hear much better. I don't know why they put such crappy speakers in laptops but in mine, I can't hear any webinars right so I had to buy this speaker. I tried cheaper ones. They broke easily and the sound was not that great. This has that crisp exact sound you want. It is not good to use it for music. It is much better to get a surround sound for that, but if you have to listen to lectures it is a great choice. Maybe one day they will make it standard to make laptops and pcs with crisp sound speakers but until that day, this is my best choice!

Fits perfectly on the desk, No longer need to wear a head set; sound quality is very good. I'm hearing challenged and this device bring in the voices from meetings with such clarity and sound. Easy to use buttons right on top of the speaker.

Had to frequently reconnect to BT. It isn’t easy to pair.

I use this speaker for my computer so I don't have to use the one on the surface. The quality is so much nicer and when I get on a Teams Call it works great.

Funny that this is for zoom yet if you keep in connected to your computer, after a few meeting it starts to delay the connection to the meeting.. When I say delay, it's like 5 plus minutes. I have to disconnect and then reconnect. So frustrating that I won't use it and can't return.. I sent use Bluetooth so there really shouldn't have been an issue with USB..

This was a replacement for aother microphone/speaker. I have one in my office and one in my home office.
