So, my wife got a new piercing and was super uncomfortable trying to sleep. This pillow was PERFECT for her! Immediate pain relief right out of the box, it's not quite at its full potential, in fact until she washed it, it was just "ok". Once she washed it, it was fluffy, and super comfortable, she ended up ordering a second one! They are a bit of a pain to wash, but past that this pillow is great! The shape fits comfortably, with the hold centered perfect for her ear, it has nice give to it, but still firm enough to provide great comfort.

This is pretty good. My ear gets sore when I sleep on it - even on soft pillows, so I was looking for an "ear hole." This is a little large for me as i am a small person, but I can use it upside down and it works okay. I like the soft fabric.

Serves purpose. Very comfortable. My helix piercing is doing so much better since I started using it.

It's perfect for my newly pierced ears. My new ear piercings were very painful on my usual pillow. They haven't healed yet. I bought this pillow and now I can sleep on my side pain free while my ear piercings heal. The size is perfect for my head and ears. It's comfortable, and the gray color matches my bedroom.
