The ring light keep shutting off after about 30-40 minutes, how can I fix it?

Thank you for reaching out! it is caused by the charger that was built for lower power conversion, when the power is too high, the charger will heat up fast, and it will stop converting power and shut down as a self-protection mechanism. We recommend using a 2 A adapter to give it another try.
