The media could not be loaded.  In this brief video review I'll show you how easy it is to open this sturdy and quality Otter Box Commuter Wallet case for your iPhone 6, and tell you why I like it so much.** UPDATE **Nov 24, 2015: It's now been two months since I bought it, and it has saved my phone a few times from precipitous drops. It has not worn out and become 'easy' to open, but as I show you in the video, it's not hard to open either. So it remains 'secure'.One thing I would add is that it really is limited to 3 credit cards (or a driver license and 2 cards). I tried doing 3 cards + a folded bill and it causes the slide to bend outward a bit. So plan on 3 cards only, or maybe 2 cards and a folded bill.** UPDATE **Feb 4, 2016: This case rocks. As secure as ever. Have dropped my phone a few more times. No visible damage to the case. No damage to my phone. My wallet contents are always secure. Still has a nice solid 'snap' feeling when I close/open it. This thing is awesome.** UPDATE **June 16, 2016: I still love the case. After all this time it still has that secure "snap" when I open or close it. I can manage to get 3 sometimes 4 cards in it (depends on card thickness).I've found it helps prevent scratches to my phone's finish if I remove the case and thoroughly clean the silicone to remove dirt.

The media could not be loaded.  Okay, so I'm a dyed in the wool Otterbox lover-- ESPECIALLY Otterbox's Commuter Wallet Case!Had it for my 5s & it changed my whole world for the better! Easy to snap & slide open with one hand, easy to slide & snap shut with one hand! Brilliant! As a distracted Mommy of crazy littles, I've been known to sometimes forget my wallet, but I NEVER forget my phone! So not having to drive out my street only to turn back around when I realized I was driving without my license or any forms of plastic payment, never had to happen again, because I ALWAYS had those with me!And as for bulky, I actually appreciate more to grab onto, so I drop my phone about 1 million times less than the usual 3 million drops per day (did I mention how much I LOOOOVE this Otterbox case????)So fast forward through 3 5s phones that wigged on me, & I'm fed up with "certified like new" reject replacement phones, but not so tech fancy that I need the newest thing (I'll just be dropping it all day anyway, not doing fancy stuff with it) & and I finally decide on a new model.Great times, yeah?Now I can mainline Korean dramas & read endless kindle books on a slightly bigger screen, with a slightly faster processor, or what ever the sales guys sold me on!1st order of business (after I take weeks trying to figure out how to transfer my stuff over-- though I've recently done it a few times already-- I'm telling ya, I used to be super smart. Now I don't sleep, cuz, yeah, momsomnia, so, you know, only so many penguins can fit on the iceberg, & global brain warming is shrinking it more everyday.), so 1st thing= ORDER ANOTHER Otterbox Commuter Wallet Case, same glacier white color & everything! (Subliminal messages for my mental 'berg to stop shrinking maybe? Or just acknowledging that my iPhone is my mental facilities' outsource anex?)So i get it supafast! Huzzah!Wrestle my new 6s into the cases, & VOILLA!The wallet part won't open.Wha?That's the WHOLE POINT of this case! The regular non-wallet Commuter for this iPhone is $30 cheaper! I'm paying literally 3Xs as much for the wallet compartment on the back, & it. Doesn't. Work.Now, I read all your reviews before purchasing, & the #1 review guy's slick open/shut protocol video presentation made a believer outta me, & I purchased it.But now I realize that he's a man, with big manly hands, & I'm a small woman, with previously injured & pre-arthritic paws, & one of these things is not like the other.I tried his & other recommend procedures, & even got his to work with some difficulty, but only when the case was empty.Put my sweet new cell inside & it's a literal non-starter.This is MADNESS, I tell you!Why would Otterbox's pinnacle achievement, IMO, go from utter perfection to garbage in one iteration???Meh.Meh. Meh. Meh!So now I have to return it, cuz, an extra $30 for a feature-- THE feature-- that doesn't work?My Mamma didn't raise no fool. Super tired & forgot after not too long that I was going to return it.Now, here’s the thing: it broke today.BROKE.I went to slide it open to pay for something & one of the tracks just BROKE OFF.After a year of not even forcing it closed ever. And the last 2 months on bed-rest after a surgery! (So obviously I wasn’t dropping it as much as normal.)It broke.And I, unremembering the whole initial purchase nonsense, had mega sticker shock when I saw the price (pretty sure that’s what I paid last time. Sigh, bless my heart.) and lack of Prime-ness. Meh. It’s a horrific nightmare all over again! (😉)BUT here’s the thing, my cellphone is still immaculate.Garbagie non-glass screen protector I got when I bought my cell phone & always meant to replace with the nice glass one but never did & now I don’t know where it is, & all!There’s one chip on one corner of my Otterbox, in addition to the whole back coming off today thing. But I drop my cell so many times a day, my cell being pristine IS pure awesome.Otter box, you’re driving me mad!I want a functioning Commuter Wallet again!Fix them, & make them again!I cannot find ANYTHING like this, anything indestructible, kid- & me-proof, that ALSO carries my cards!Yes, otter box has those new leather flap open ones. Blurgh.I’m probably going to have to get one of those. Guh.And they’re all dark & fancy looking & leather.I need something hearty that I can wipe little boy hand goo off of, here! C’mon!Once upon a time, sophisticated would have totally worked for me.My first baby was the happily ever after to that lovely half-forgotten tale.Meh. It’s going to be gooey & nasty within a month.But it’s OtterBox, so, hopefully I can still drop it all I want. And it’ll carry my cards.Just.Sigh.Functional OB Commuter Wallet, I miss you so.

I really like the case. I just wish it wasn't all smooth plastic. I leave my house all the time with just my phone, so now when I grab it I have my ID and credit card as well. It holds 3 cards and a folded bill fine. Every once in a while the cards will get pushed out when you close if they are not seated in there right, but I know to check it now first. It is a little hard to open sometimes, but it isn't anything I struggle with. It is a little deeper than other cases I have, but I wouldn't say it is awkwardly bulky or anything. My only complaint about the case is the material. . I keep it in my back pocket of my jeans all the time, but remove it when I sit. When I first got this, it felt less sturdy than my Otterbox Defender case that I had previously on my phone.This one is much slicker material than the Defender. I wish at least part of the outside part of the case had the same material as the Defender does. I just feel like it is going to slip out of my hand. The defender was not silicone, so it still slid in and out of my pocket fairly easily, but the grip in my hand felt more secure and I could rest it on my shoulder while talking without it sliding off. This inside part of the case is the same material as the Defender but so much of the outside case is for the wallet part is the hard plastic and it is smooth for that without me worrying about it slipping. That being said, I have dropped my phone several times with the Commuter case and it is fine - both on my hard floors and carpet. I can't say I have dropped it on concrete that I recall. Bottom line - overall I love the case - I would have given it 5 stars if it was a little more secure in my hand but I guess due to the use of the case, the back part needs to be smooth. I wish I could have gotten a pink interior with a black wallet part instead of just the white that they offer on Amazon.

The material quality of this OtterBox case is very good although I'm not sure how long the white will remain clean.I ended up giving this case to my boss who used it for a few weeks but ended up removing it saying that it was too bulky for the phone. The wallet portion adds a bit too much uneven heft to the case and is pretty difficult to slide open. I've seen better implementations of a card case with other brands.I'm sure this case is durable enough to warrant its price, but its design is a bit lacking.

Eliminates the need to carry a purse or wallet so I love it! being able to load most of my points cards into Apple wallet means I only need 4 cards - health card, license, debit and visa. Tight fit but it works well. I get lots of compliments on it when I pull it out. It's a bit bulky but worth it. I wish they made it for other versions of iphone because I will be devastated to give it up when my phone bites the dust.

I've been using this product for 6 months and it's still in great condition. I keep 2 cards in the Card Holder (drivers license and credit card), the back compartment is a bit stiff at first to open, but within 2 weeks it becomes easier to open. After 6 months the case still clicks to lock the card wallet. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

I love it. It's sturdy, which is amazing. It holds up if I drop my phone. It still fits in my leggings that I wear to the gym which was a huge deal breaker for me. One thing I don't like is that if I have my earphones plugged in, it's a little difficult to get my card out because of the rubber plug getting in the way. The cards still go in and out fine, it's just a bit of a struggle sometimes. Otherwise, I found it a great purchase and I'm very happy with it.Edit: the case snapped on the thin plastic between the screen and the earphone jack. Otherwise the case worked fine but I ended up giving it away and buying a new one.
